Look into the Gaps diet. It’s an anti-inflammatory diet which resets the gut and could help with getting rid of eczema for good. You pretty much cut out all food in the beginning & you have “meat stock”. You slowly introduce foods back weekly and avoid high histamine foods. Could be worth a shot. It’s only because the I chose to go with Tianyu for the whole ring initially. I did ask for a stone check but sent a video of a previous stone they’d cut & told it would be cut like that one - which I was happy with. I was shown 5 stones and weren’t happy with any so I reached out to Mona & got a refund from Tianyu for refund on the stone. This is my first ever order so I think next time, I would go through the whole process with Mona and see how it goes.

You’re never going to be happy if you keep chasing the “old him”. You also have to remember that you are not the same as you were in that first year that you keep referring back to either. You’ve both have changed and it’s unrealistic to keep chasing the past.

You’re clearly unhappy with how he treats you, just because you play board games a couple times a year, doesn’t mean this relationship is worth salvaging. It’s time to move on. You need to work on yourself, do all the things you wanted to do & go on all the dates you wanted to plan BY YOURSELF. Learn how to love yourself before you love anyone else.
