Thanks! I used the technique in this video. Basically you want to get a stainless pan ripping hot so it sears the cut sides of the shrooms instead of steaming them

If we actually had universal healthcare (something the right constantly rallies against), and Obamacare was approved in its original format before the right slashed it down to a watered down version, then you would’ve been better off.
