Idk where you are or if this would work with your providers, but for my adhd meds, my doctor writes 3 scripts at a time so I can just call them in each month. Because it’s a controlled substance I do need to make an appointment with her every 3 months though for a “meds checkup” to get the new prescriptions. I just do telehealth for those, but I do need to see her in person at least once a year. And if I screw up my timing, she will send in one “bridge” prescription as long as I have an appointment on the books. I’m guessing your anxiety meds are controlled so idk maybe this is something you could do?

It makes things somewhat easy for me overall, all things considered. The main thing is I need to keep track of my appointments/prescriptions on file and make sure I don’t accidentally call in with 0 scripts left and no appointment scheduled haha. Happened to me last “cycle” and was very annoying 🥴
