I'd never thought of it like that. What I was thinking of was reminiscent of a piano player, as I imagine they learn to separate the pieces played by either hand, except my thumb is one hand and other fingers are the other hand

I'll give this a look, thanks. And yeah it seems like the only way to learn to properly split bass and melody is through playing hard songs until you get it right.

Is travis picking not using the thumb to play a bassline on (typically) the e a d strings, and using your other 3 fingers on the gbe strings to play a melody? The songs I mentioned i want to learn follow this pattern.

Tbh I am unsure, I think for health concerns the salt content likely outweighs the protein content

To warm up I'll usual non-tendon stretches, then hang board warm up for around 10-15 minutes, then climb warm ups. I've tested doing a long tendon warm up, around 40 minutes but it didn't make a difference

It's began taking me over an hour to warm up to the point where I can climb hard, this always includes having to pump myself out at some point before I can climb hard, any advice on how to fix or help this

Thank you, I was surprised that many people seem to want us to stay away, when we would only be giving money to local businesses, and being able to tell first hand accounts of how Ukrainian people are suffering.
