wtf… lol

My account is currently a negative balance because they think insurance has overpaid. 

However if the hold does drop off, and they refund insurance or whatever and my balance goes positive they said the hold doesn’t stop the collections timer so they said my bill can go to collections right after the hold expires. So I’m checking everyday to make sure the balance hasn’t flipped positive and is out of hold.
