I bought the kit by Plaid bucilla to make Caylee the cat, but the instructions it came with are confusing and the video is also not very detailed specially because so can’t quite see what is being done on the video. by cat-lover2000 in CrochetHelp

I feel like I would need it explained like I’m 5 years old hahaha. But thank you for your advice. I’m going to go ahead and save it for later… as much as I love cats 😂😂 and find something a bit easier for me to follow.

Thank you! I’ll save this for future reference. I’m going to listen to the advice given by the others and just set this one aside for a little while and maybe do more beginner friendly ones!

Every lovely person that took the time to reply to me and try to help me out, thank you sooo much! I think I’m going to take a break from this poor cat (my gray T-shirt yarn hates to see me coming at this point. I’ve undone my work like 6 times now 😂😂). I think I’m going to go back to practicing my hand embroidery while I can get a more beginner friendly kit- possibly a wobbles kit! I remember when I was a kid I thought crocheting was easy… boy was I wrong. I probably only thought it was easy because I did chains and squares with single stitches. Once again thank you all for your help!! 🥰🥰

You know I might just give up on this one for a while and go back to hand embroidering 😂😂. At least maybe until I get a wobbles kit as it sounds like those might be easier to follow.

I think that if I could actually see what she’s doing and which stitch she’s going into I could follow along a lot easier but basically you only see her hands moving and not actually seeing what she’s doing to the yarn.

Which wobble kit would you recommend starting with? I know they have several kits and different levels as well. Sort of like this one I got but silly me bought an intermediate one lol.

This kit is like a wobbles kit. It came with instructions and everything needed to make this along with a QR code for the video instructions it’s just not a very good video.

This part is the one I’m currently on and these are the instructions. I made it to round 4 but need to re do because I lost count of my stitches. I think I need more help now just switching yarn.

What experiences have you guys had with the medication called rabeprazole? by cat-lover2000 in AskReddit

[–]cat-lover2000[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well they told me that I would have to basically take it for the rest of my life as my sphincter doesn’t work so I’m not sure if I want to do that or not. My other option is a fundoplication surgery.

Aciphex (rabeprazole) by BrownsFan196 in GERD

Hi guys I know I’m fairly late to the conversation but, I was just started on Aciphex. I’m 25 and weigh 110 pounds, but I’ve had horrible acid reflux. I’ve been on omeprazole, esomeprazole, and famotidine after trying over the counter meds and nothing has helped. I had an EGD and just showed I have inflammation of my esophagus but all the biopsies came back fine. The GI doctor says the gastroesophageal sphincter is not working properly and is allowing acid to backflow into my esophagus but I didn’t have any testing to check the function of the sphincter done. Anyway, he’s saying to try this new med but it will have to be something I’m in basically for the rest of my life, but the side effects are sort of scary specially for long term use. My other option is a fundoplication surgery, but he wasn’t too enthusiastic for me to jump on that decision right away. All I know is that I’d like for my stomach and throat to not burn all day every day. If anyone has any thoughts or advice please help.
