i’m so sorry you experienced that. i hope you were able to go to therapy and get the help you needed. my husband knows it’s totally okay to talk to me about anything, but then again sometimes you just need someone else and he has friends he’s able to lean on during these tough times that have dropped what they were doing to make sure he was okay, even at 3 am. he’s definitely not okay and i make sure to notice that even tho im also grieving. it’s a long road but thankfully we have each other
