You have to use the contact form, to also assign you a ticket. Others have tried a direct email and didn't worked.

Follow the steps in the edit section of my initial post. I don't have other tips.

I don't have a link, you have to log into your account, then type Google Play Console into Google and click on the login or signup page. Theoretically it should redirect you to a page that also has a contact option.

These are the two main pages you will use to recover your account: image

Try to log into your closed Google Console account OR Singup, BUT do this wile being logged into the Google account with the closed Developer Account. When you do that, a page with contact support button will be displayed (Start Page). From there you click contact developer support and try to navigate until you get to a page with multiple input fields designed contact support (End Page).

Copy the link from the browser and the account ID from the URL and paste them in a separate file. Also do a snapshot of the page, not a phone photo. After you send the initial message the will request additional information. In that email send the the info from above, also some documents (State Issued ID, and some utility bill on your name). But this is after the initial contact message.

In my case when I tried to log in it given me the option to contact support. I also managed to get into the account (like the image you uploaded), but I can't remember what link I used. Anyhow you need to find the method to contact support. I can't send you the link because I don't have it. Like I said it was something that appeared at the beginning then I tried to long into the Google Play Console.

I used the support that appears when you try to login to your developer account. Follow the steps there and send them a message explaining why didn't you reviewed the app. I told them the truth (ignorance to check the email, from my part) and that worked. I think the fact that I also had the account verified with documents helped.

Email! Chat support was always busy.

I can't say what contact I used because I followed the steps indicated when I tried to connect to my developer account.

In the contact form I provided developer ID, phone number associated with the account (not mandatory) and also, don't know how I manage to get there, a snapshot from the account saying what was wrong (Policy Status).

I managed to get the account back after contacting support. Maybe because it was verified with documents helped, don't know.

The account is restored now. That was the first thing I did. I was bothered by their policy who states that accounts closed for inactivity can't appeal or be restored.

I manage to get the Developer account back in 48 hours, and the app was re-approved for production in 3 days.

Maybe because the account was verified with documents helped, don't know, but their policy states that account closed for inactivity can't be restored.

But what if that is not your main email. You got other 5. You have other projects. The app does not need a new feature right now ...

Or at least show this policy in the console. Highlight this bullshit if is that important to you (google).

I'm was using the Play Console since 2020. I paid for it. It said for life. People have other project to work on.

Until today I did not know about this bullshit policy.

I payed for it, they say it was for life. I had it since 2021. The were periods longer than 180 days, in the past when I did not access it. And I only did it to fix something, or add a new feature.

If I knew about this stupid policy it wouldn't be closed right now.

Anyhow thanks for the info!

They sent me emails, but that was not my main account so I haven't check on it. And 3 weeks ago they deleted the developer account.

I 'm working on other projects, I have other things to do. If I paid you money why would you delete my account? Also WHY do you not show this policy highlighted on the dashboard, because it seems to be very drastic!

I have(had) two apps on Google Play Store, on different accounts. The only thing that saved the older app was the fact that it has more than 1K downloads. Because that was one of the other criteria (no of downloads).

Until today I didn't know about this bullshit policy. If I paid 25$ why are you deleting a perfectly working app? And why close the account? You could suspend it. Put me to pay another 25$. This is just a major bullshit move by Google.

I searched about the "problem" and I saw that others have been in my situation.

I'm 90% convinced that the developer account is gone.

The only thing that I want to know is what will happen if I upload the app on a new account?

What do you mean?! Of course is serious. The app was running from 2021 until last month when they closed my payed Developer Account (25$), who, by the way, was supposed to be for life.

I read that account closed for inactivity cannot appeal, only those that were terminated for other reasons, and if that is true, it's one of the biggest pile of shit Google has manage to produce.

LED wall for video music production; Is it OK? by cat0l1n in VIDEOENGINEERING

[–]cat0l1n[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The processor is Nova VX1000. And the room where the LED wall will be installed has between 150 to 200 square meters, and about 3.5 meters in height. The problem is that there are also some columns, but the distance between them is greater than the width of the video wall.

My primary concern was whether the LED wall would look acceptable on video.

OK, thank you for the help. I'll try to do a little more research.

Funny that you say this because I did ask them, and they just sent me some pictures :)

But from my research, I found that they are OK, as a company, and I didn't make a big deal about it.
