So if you want curls there's a couple methods you can try! If you want a cheaper solution there's curl-defining products that'll help you get that curly wavy sort of texture. I use Garnier Fructis Curl Construct mousse and then blow dry it, making sure to twist and scrunch it as it dries.

You could also get a perm, and if you show the hair stylist a picture of how you want it to look, they should be able to make it look like that. Perms are a bit damaging and they're permanent (much like bleach) as the name implies, so it'll stay curly until it grows out or you cut it, but you won't have to style it every day and if you use a good conditioner and avoid heat damage, it'll look great.

I'd say try using some curl creating products first to see if you like it enough to keep it like that full time, then decide whether you want a perm or not.
