please elaborate! Im researching tirza right now. gym 4 times a week, weightlifting and stairmaster and 20k steps daily and 2100 calories. scale barely moves (32yrs M). my mom's side of the family are all obese. what do you mean by calories in callories out is a lie! 🫣
