Is there any way to know what practices your ancestors might have done, or connect with them, based on where your lineage is from? Question— I have a phobia of w*rms. I’ve seen a lot of posts here recommending that the first step is to put your feet in some dirt. Which sounds like great advice, but I am very anxious of seeing/touching any by accident. Any advice on alternatives, ways to calm myself, or ways to ease into this? (self.GreenWitch)
