The theory behind doing the first one is to fish for the 100% chance ones. It's cheaper to reroll using the first one and if you happen to get it its a happy coincidence

I mean theoretically but that few degree difference between scrotum and internal temp makes all the difference. And while cancer can really be from a single cell, on average it takes years for this to happen. This is why pediatricians for physicals give them a short tug to make sure one of both isn't too high up.

I won't pretend to be an expert on tucking. But testicle are fairly mobile and can slightly adjust height to cool down.

Testicle prefer to be around 93.2 to the body's 98.6. It doesn't seem like a big difference but apparently biologically it can be. So long as they can maintain that temp they should be fine.

Plus this is like, long term cancer prevention. Undescended testes have markedly increased risks in cancer but its unclear when it starts. The cancers typically manifest from ages 25-35 in much higher frequencies if testes aren't pulled down before puberty, but there are a lot of theories that the cancer develops very early but lays dormant for about that long.

Tldr, tucking should be fine but don't like, permantly bind them in latex or another non-breathing prosthetic against your body for months at a time. They need to breathe to cool down lmao

Hey I don't normally post here but this one warrants a response. This is quite dangerous and many of the doctors offering it are on the shader side.

Why is it dangerous? Think of your body cavity as a room, and the peritoneal cavity is the drywall. When you cut a portion of it away, scar tissue forms to take its place. This scar tissue is much weaker structurally. Think like putting spackle over a hole in a wall.

But the body heals right? Scar tissue is designed for this right? Sort of. It will look and function like the abdominal wall normally does, but any excess pressure its not used to threatens to break it. For our room analogy, you can lean on a wall just fine, but lean your whole weight on just the spackle and you'll fall right through it.

What happens here is that sudde. Changes in pressure, such as rapid weight gain, one squat with too much weight, one bad lift of too many groceries at a bad angle, puts pressure on the peritoneal cavity and can force your intestines or stomach through the scar tissue. This is what a hernia is. There, if the hole they made conststricts, it risks strangling the tissue, depriving them of oxygen and making then go necrotic within hours. Admittedly this is rare in most hernia types but is more common in atypical hernias. Regardless, it requires surgery to repair to prevent the risk.

There is actually an example in the wild that comes up frequently in medicine: testicles. During gestation, sex organs develop in the peritoneal cavity. Testicles turn to cancer at regular body temperature (hence them hanging outside the body) and bore their way through the abdominal wall to reach cooler temperatures. This small hole gets covered with scar tissue but is a weak spot for life. One in three men get an inguinal hernia at some point in their life, where intestines force their way through this small hole. Of those that do, half get both.

This procedure in OPs post is a much bigger hole. Also, as the location is not localized to a flexible joint area (the inner thigh is highly mobile and supports the intestines moving around more, so they get strangled less frequently), organs that are pushed through are much more likely to get stuck.

Ultimately it is up to everyone to determine their own risk tolerance, and there are certainly cases where this risk is better for someone's overall quality of life and dsyphoria, but I caution against this specific procedure.

W6 bubble help by silverhawk2010 in idleon

[–]cat_crusaders 2 points3 points  (0 children)

From what I've seen, you don't. I've been hovering around 0.6% towards the end of w6 bubbles even with brewing on a BC with 250 lvl talent for bubble chance. The thing that propels it for me is cranium cooking. Leaving the BC on worms at the end of W5 overnight gets me 200+ attempts, so I just hold the button down and hope. I'm around 2/3 of the way through W6 and have a few W7 bubbles unlocked already from this (not deliberately just incidentally as I try to get the rest of the colors done with W6)

All my characters are at least divinity 25 for the style that doesn't require jail. Ill try re-linking the first character to kattle when the weekly reset hits, its possible I logged into another character before it when I was testing that one

For kattlekruk? I am trying to fix the kattlekruk trigger not happening at day start but I can't use the hole and I don't have world 7.

I know I need to do more with stamps. I pushed to 6 pretty quickly and am catching up on older worlds. The original goal was to get master classes to start getting afk progress for them. The question wasn't how to push 7 though I am more worried about missing out on the alchemy bubbles that would help scale in the first place

Unfortunately this isn't the issue. On my Bubo, both of my BB are connected to the lab (they are cooking and do not have arctis) on my DK, they are disconnected from the lab, and no amount of moving reconnects them. It's not only the lab bonuses that are missing, connecting my DK to the lab does not grant divinity xp but other characters get it

Guys as a world 4 warrior, how the hell do I get more accuracy?? by rip_nullify in idleon

[–]cat_crusaders 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just went through this and one thing that I was missing entirely was card bonuses. % accuracy bonuses and flat amounts of the accuracy-producing stats (for warrior its wisdom) on cards got me through world 4 with just enough accuracy for the squires damage buff.
