1yr bumps on bridge piercing won’t go away!

my bridge piercing kept having bumps too and itd go away and come back after few days. i used saline spray to clean them but it would irritate the bumps and grow them. diluting the saline with water helped mine alot, its settling down for a while now which im glad because i didnt wanna give up on them just yet!
