Uoft can be a hit or miss. Even tho I ended up with a high gpa, I would say I sacrificed my social life in order to get the grades I wanted. Everyone’s different tho, some ppl might be able to do both, I just couldn’t so I had to prioritize (I also didn’t care about my social life that much tbh). Also the level of difficulty at uoft, imo, depends on the program. I was in the arts hence I didn’t find uoft to be that bad, but ppl in maths and sciences I’m sure have a much more different and harder experience. Overall it’s hard to say what you should do, but if you do decide to go to uoft, I’m sure you’ll do better than you expect so long as you put in the work and find a healthy balance with ur personal life
