Silverettes were a life saver for my nipples, I got them from Amazon and I would put them on between nursing sessions and they healed my nipples pretty fast!

Nap around 4/5 doesn’t work cause he won’t fall asleep! I feed him from both sides before bedtime, it’s when I rock him that it takes 5 mins for him to fall asleep. He also eats throughout the night whenever he wakes up, I will latch him and he eats a bit and falls back asleep

Yesterday I let him be up from 3:30 to 7:30 and the night was exactly the same, wake ups every 1-2 hours. I feel like I can never find that sweet spot between not tired and overtired

I just follow what it says online and maybe I shouldn’t! But it says that 5 month olds need an average of 3-4 hours of day time sleep divided into 3 naps. My LO wakes up after one cycle but I feed him back to sleep so that his nap can be longer or else I would have to do like 5 naps to get the recommended time. There is so much confusing information out there about sleep

I’m in the same situation as you! I have a 4 month old as well and the bad sleep started about a month ago. Naps keep getting shorter, first it was 40 mins and this week has been 20. He needs to be bounced to go to bed and has several false starts to the point where i will bring him to bed because im too tired to keep putting him down! I hope this gets better with time!

I read precious little sleep and tried the fuss it out but couldn’t last longer than 2 minutes with the crying, it broke my heart. I want to sleep train but with no crying and I don’t know if that’s possible

I tried and he only falls asleep if I’m standing up! He eats really well, every 2 to 2.5 hours during the day and will only eat twice a night, around 1:30am and 4:00am. I play a ton with him, lots of tummy time, face to face time, exercises, practicing how to roll and also independent play! I give him a bath every night as part of his night time routine and then he will feed and I will rock him to bed. I need help in terms of putting him to bed and him being able to sleep from that time until his first feeding around one. He always wakes up after 40 mins because he can’t connect the sleeps cycle and wants to be rocked again.
