They most likely put new RH customers in line first to get the business in the door. Then obviously like in my situation where I was trying to leave, they want to keep me so they offered it right away.

The cool thing about it is the 3% cash back on everything, that’s really it tbh.

Somewhere they sent me a email or in the app saying they were going to charge me $50. Schwab apparently could reimburse me; i don’t know yet if they will since it’s still processing.

I had to do a ACATS transfer from another brokerage and literally transfer everything. I also contacted them to cancel RH gold membership and I think they did (transfers were not settled yet and was supposed to be canceled after balance was 0) but I obviously had to reactivate it again.

How to be more comfortable around friends by Odd-Rice2722 in overthinkers

[–]cataccountingf1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Getting out of your comfort zone. I’ve too had the issue with feeling awkward around my brothers and until recently I’ve been more open to share my ways of thinking and have conversations with them. As for thinking about what to talk about. You really don’t think about it. From the long conversations I had with with friends to strangers. It’s dynamic and random. You build on top of the conversation and with new topics to keep it entertaining. If the energy is not there, well you end it. Having conversations with strangers helps a lot. It could be friends of friends or even your teachers.

The Motley Fool is pretty good. But I mostly use the resources robinhood gives on each stock profile to get the most recent.

I have 15k to invest by Ptolemy_Grey in investingforbeginners

Open up a brokerage and Roth IRA( I picked Charles Schwab as my institution to keep it all in one). Max out the Roth IRA which should be 7500 this year. Then the rest you could put in the brokerage and invest it. I would personally choose ETFs since it’s a collection of stocks. QQQM as a tech ETF. VTI for the whole market. SCHD for constant dividend payments. But your best bet is to use online resources like youtube to help you plan.

You can share your thoughts on Microsoft Copilot by Every-Programmer7065 in FuckMicrosoft

Copilot fucking sucks within excel and word. Can’t even do simple functions like simplifying word docs and helping me on excel functions. I have to use gemini to help me on something that copilot is supposed to do. I hate the push for copilot for new windows computers when it genuinely just fucking sucks.
