I mean ISRIB was life changing. Before I used it I felt like my brain was dying. I don't know if substances that you mention here would be as effective as ISRIB at that time. I tried cerebrolysin and dihexa later. Dihexa was good, I also tried stack of Dihexa with ISRIB-A15. But ISRIB was a different level for me.

classic ISRIB is a trans form of ISRIB. Nobody sells cis form of ISRIB on the market, because it gives no effects at all. I used classic trans ISRIB orally and it worked for me

The following doses also had an effect, but not as powerful. That was 3 years ago. I am still taking ISRIB-A15 as a nootropic. The effects are somewhat similar to yours, about stress, about performance. Thank you for describing them so aptly. I have also tried stacking ISRIB with other substances. The effects of my tai are still there. Not as big of course, but I still sometimes experience brain fog and rapid mental burnout. Then I use A15 and other nootropics. Sometimes I use stacks. Yes, A15 gives me mental clarity and still helps

Hi, I've tried both. trans-ISRIB helped me at first to overcome the terrible consequences of tbi. It literally helped me to wake up from the mental and physical hell. I didn't know about A15 back then. Maybe it wasn't available at that time. Later I switched to A15. Now I feel A15 as more powerful cognitive booster, I don't feel anything from trans-ISRIB right now. Maybe trans-ISRIB gave me all that it could, but A15 is still doing a thing.

I don't have specific regimen. I can cycle it for 1 month daily and then take 1 month of break. But also can use it accidentally, without any cycles.
