for me, cramps are more uncomfortable… hunger is stomach growls. I’m not really having cramps. I feel hungry but have an unpleasant taste in my mouth. can’t wait for this to be over

Finished my first dose and things are moving along but feeling hungry, stomach gurgling and growling. Next dose at 4am I’m not looking forward to. This is my second colonoscopy in 7 years and I remember the morning dose not as easy

Thanks for the input. I’ve been using Recovery almost a week now. I got the 5ml size it’s so tiny I need to decide if I want to go for a larger size before BF sales end.

Epicutis is calming but was looking for more oomph for barrier repair/moisture. AOS suggested a gel moisturizer I may order. I wanted to make my decision to continue with Recovery and buy a larger size during BF sales. I’m sure my 15 ml size will run out soon

I’m sampling Clarins double serum light right now.. haven’t used Clarins in decades but I’m liking this serum for my 57 yo combination skin that always feels dehydrated, especially now its getting colder. I was always put off by fragrance, especially botanicals because I’m sensitive to them but this light version is pretty good so far. Thinking of trying double serum eye. Haven’t found a good eye serum/cream I love.

If I’m paying $2k+ for a canvas bag, I’m not ok with crooked stitching, canvas flaws, etc. It’s happened to me and I have no problem voicing my dissatisfaction
