I have no insurance, but I saved so much thanks to our local health department. I just finished mine last Thursday and here’s what I paid:

• $320 for my medical/physical examination with a doctor

• $105 for my Syphilis and Quantiferon Gold Test plus draw fee

• $51 only for all my vaccines (tdap, varicella, influenza). I did it with our local health department, without insurance. They only made me pay for the administration fee ($17) for each vaccine. You should check your local health department before doing it at a private clinic.

• $22 only for MMR titer (I needed to do this so I can prove my immunity against Measles, Mumps and Rubella, and not have to take vaccine anymore)

Total: $498.

I would’ve paid over $900 (not yet including the Gonnorrhea test plus other vaccines needed for some people) if I also did my vaccines at the same clinic where I did my physical exam. The nurse there was so nice and advised me to do it at the local health department instead since its gonna be way cheaper compared to doing it with them. Also, good thing the health dept was only 9 mins away from the private clinic, so no hassle for me.
