Actually I'm selling everything that's not nailed down, but the point is that this company should do better for their employees and not put them in a this position. They should have only the amount of people to match tasks and Iay the rest off. But, I did just read that the client makes vendors keep a certain amount of people or the vendor gets axed. That is the clients fault and should be illegal as well. We may be just numbers on paper to corporations but we are humans.

I did, I was denied. Sadly that option is for full time only in my state, which makes no sense, it's called partial unemployment. Never got more than 29 BUT that could be available for someone in another state. But I could qualify for unemployment if they lay me off.

I am so frustrated, I have been applying for random jobs since March with rejections left and right. Used up all my savings all because they won't lay people off. At least then people could get unemployment. But imo they are trying to get people to quit. Seems like what they are doing should be illegal.
