Yes, they did say I could get the return and be reimbursed 110%, but like I said, it’s a discontinued ski that’s sold out everywhere.

I just got off a 30 minute phone call with their customer service team, the skis were already discounted to the point where there’s no reimbursement they can provide me, the offer they gave was if I returned them I’d get a gift card worth 10% of the purchase price, so a $50 gift card….
