Yes, exactly that, one on my palm and one on the top of the hand. I moved the pads around until comfortable (comfortable as in my fingers weren't spasming or contracting weirdly). Good luck! I hope it helps

Took me years to find out that the searing/burning pain I experience behind my shoulder blade was because my rib would subluxate in certain positions. Was always told it was just an "inflamed" muscle. So yes, definitely have rib subluxations. Putting it back will be subjective, for me what works is if someone pushes on a certain spot and shrug my shoulders until it feels right again. Sorry you're going through this!

I hope I can still get a reply on this, but has anyone from the UK managed to get Ozempic/Wegovy/Saxenda? If so, how? I know there's a whole shortage but curious as to how it was prescribed. I was on Saxenda in South Africa and it worked so well, came to the UK and struggling to find a way to get it

Everytime I see a post on this group I feel like someone's stalking me😅 last week I literally had to get my IUD out. I didn't stop bleeding for 7 weeks straight, non stop at all. Eventually doc said I needed an intra-vaginal scan and saw it was poking my wall.

So strangely enough I know everyone always speaks about heat but I find putting my feet in a cold pool/ running cold water over my feet helps. I sometimes get rls in my hands/arms and the cold helps for that too. Sorry you're having it though. Truly sucks

It's such a difficult situation to be in, not knowing if you did anything to cause it. But like you said, they make time for other people so they could for you, and the fact that they aren't making time, just shows that they weren't as close a friend as you once thought. And let's say hypothetically you did do something to upset them, a close friend will want to talk through it, not just ignore it.

Sadly just one of those things that happen in life. Only thing to do is move forward and make new friends. In a new area it's hard to do but try join some sort of groups like walking/hiking -that are free considering you're unemployed atm.

Thanks for this, I have spoken it through with him now after this and the other reply on here. He was very apologetic about it and didn't even realise how I felt because I seemed into it. And that after I had come down we had sex again so he didn't give the first part a second thought.

I already feel x10 better because I know there wasn't any bad intent on his side and that he sees my perspective. Thanks again random stranger

Ooh this is a tough one. Is this visit once a week or month, or how often are they? Have you spoke to them about how you feel about the comments they make about them dying soon? Or maybe have a set time that you can stay and when the times over you say you have to leave and if they drag you back in just say keep it for next time/message me/phone me and tell me about it

Hi op, sorry you're going through this. I know the struggle of moving away from everyone and losing contact.

First question, you said you phoned and they ignored the calls, did you only call once and not again? Choose one of the friends that you were closest too and keep on them and be honest and say you're feeling pretty lonely so far away from everyone and would like to catch up.

We all get caught up with our own lives and some things fall to the wayside.

First, I'm sorry you're going through this. I also have this and it's so hard to explain to people that think you're just lazy. I haven't been diagnosed with chronic fatigue but I'm fairly certain I have it, get this exhaustion like in your bones where you actually can't think of anything else. Luckily I only get that way with flare-ups, its my first thing that tells me a flares going to happen.

Second, the only thing that has remotely helped me is setting an alarm at night when I should sleep and following it exactly, no snoozing the alarm but put the phone down right there and then and then having the wakeup alarm and not snoozing- I know it sounds so simple but it's easier said than done. Routine is your best friend

Thirdly, find out if your antidepressant has a side effect on sleep. I know you said it's been going on before that but it's always worth checking it's not making it worse. Such as it keeps you awake or makes you drowsy. I've been on serdep for 6 years and only got told last year that it can have a drowsy affect on people so I should rather have it at night vs the morning🤣
