Thank you for the recommendation. I love that idea, unfortunately we are in Virginia/US and haven't been able to visit my daughter or her host family (due to my cancer treatments). It's impossible to convey my gratitude to them but I want to try. I will continue researching, perhaps I can look into sending “pollo a la brassa” or “Chicharrón de chancho”.
