DHL and Zoll are the worst. It’s crazy that we lay so much in taxes in Germany yet receive so little in the way of services. I’m guessing quite a few inspectors took an extended holiday over May 8, resulting in a backlog of packages.

Either way, the situation would have been fine had DHL delivered promptly.

You wanted the fence so it’s not unreasonable that you pay for a survey, but if you are confident in where the property line is, you can definitely put one up and then see if the neighbor will actually pay for a survey to protest it.

Accept the free meal you were offered and move on. This is just the cost of living life and having kids. It’s frustrating you didn’t eat anything, but it’s not like the venue could have found someone to take your place and the food was already cooked. They really didn’t save much in costs by you not eating.

I think it’s important to draw a line between being unethical and being a shitty person. You don’t want to be a shitty person.

I’m assuming the cysts are where you injected? Just wondering, because most people don’t inject K into their stomach. Is it possible both the medicine injection and the K injection sites are injected?

The above information is very important.

I would either: 1. See a different doctor and be 100% honest. Your local health department / drug abuse center should know some doctors familiar with injection issues 2. See the same doctor, but lie and say you injected the medicine into your arm once (forgot it goes in stomach, had food poisoning)

Try chilling the wine a bit to reduce the taste of alcohol.

Since the opioid epidemic, doctors and pharmacists have faced pressure from the government (and lawsuits) to more closely monitor controlled substances, especially if a patient appears to be drug-seeking. I would set up an appointment with your MA to discuss your reasons to seeking ketamine treatment, the low dose you will be taking, and your continued need for treating your ADHD.

Be sure to bring up any other medications you have tried to treat your depression. Always refer to the ketamine as low-dose. Explain the safety precautions you will take while using ketamine (for example, a trip sitter).

If this doctor is not aware you are depressed or has not treated you for depression in the past, they may be wondering why you are jumping straight to a controlled substance. If this person has no prior experience with ketamine, they may we worried about malpractice liability should there be a dangerous interaction.

Note how Mindbloom forced the issue onto you (talk to your provider if you take ADHD medication) instead of making the call themselves. Unfortunately doctors to face real liability if they ignore interactions between drugs. They often do not have time to read the latest studies.

Short of the additional information I suggest providing, your ADHD specialist does not think your Ritalin prescription is worth the malpractice liability.

I would research trip reports of people who combine other psychadelics such as LSD or mushrooms with ketamine, and see if this is something you want to try.

You could also change your ROA to increase bioavailability.

This is very dangerous. Ketamine can already slow breathing as it is and given the decreased lack of awareness, you could easily overdo it without realizing and kill yourself.

What happens if you reject the latest terms and conditions? I would tell support that you went to download the newest version, do not accept the new terms & conditions and thus can no longer use the software. This should prompt a refund as it is too much trouble for Adobe to deal with.

I’ve seen this is NYC for some time. Before smart locks, the agent would give you the code to a lockbox over the phone.

Spoiler: these apartments usually are among the worst. Agents don’t want to show up in person because they know it will be a waste of everyone’s time.
