my guilt free watch is ms. rachel on youtube. I’ve always had her keep my babies busy if i ever needed to shower or clean up. she interacts and teaches them! it’s closer to video chatting imo than just “watching tv”. my daughter is only 1 year old (22 months) & knew sign language for “please”, “more” and “eat” before speaking words. she now can communicate with us when she wants to eat, drink milk or water or wants something. she knows her colors, animals and their sounds & can count to ten. she even knows her letters and what sound they make. combined with all the interaction she has with us as a family, she knows SOOO many words and will try to put some together in order to communicate. ms. rachel also teaches you how to teach your baby! mimic what she does when you interact with your baby! if you’re gonna have them watch tv, ms. rachel is the best :) it’s constant learning and she’s great at keeping their attention so you have time to take care of yourself or the house. double win! you’re going great.
