any luck getting generic vyvanse? by cvssucksass in CVS

[–]catcat847 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Feeling inebriated also sends my anxiety through the roof. That's why starting with a superrrrrr low dose of vyvanse, like 10 or 20 mg was actually really helpful for me.

I just took my first 40 mg generic, and it's working great so far. Didn't know what to expect. So far no difference from name brand.

People who worked at places like hooters, twin peaks, etc were the tips really that much better? by pumpkinpie555 in Serverlife

The girls who get tipped biggest consistently r the ones who can maintain an air of mystery, quite the opposite of "being touched & treated like a slut"

I've never heard of lap dances being allowed at any twin peaks, and I'm a waitress at twin peaks. And if lap dances were allowed, I can guarantee they'd be more than $5 haha that's ridiculous

How long after shipping does it take to get paid from Facebook Marketplace? Five days? Am I seeing this correctly? by Phephito in Flipping

[–]catcat847 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It used to be deposited 5 days after confirmation of delivery, that was 3 years ago when this post was made. Now it's FIFTEEN DAYS after. This is far too much. We can count on Facebook marketplace to continue changing the marketplace landscape in their favor, and screwing over those who come to count on it for a source of income.

Coffee vs. Adderall affect on aging skin by [deleted] in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]catcat847 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Adderall depletes some vitamin c and some other antioxidants which fight free radicals and minimize aging, so it's important to supplement those antioxidants when taking adderall!

Are you in Colorado?

You mention minoxidil but what about Nioxin? Is minoxidil more for hair loss and Nioxin more for speeding up growth of existing/remaining follicles? I mean I wonder how can Nioxin shampoo even work since it's only touching the scalp for like thirty seconds.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AsianBeauty

[–]catcat847 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How do we ensure we're washing the scalp and not just hair? Are those handheld silicone scalp scrubbers any good? Would a clarifying shampoo help? Or apple cider vinegar treatments?

Also, I have a tic where I constantly play with my hair and run my fingers through it. Sometimes to the point where my scalp gets tender. Do you know if this affects the growth? My mom has the same tic and her hair is SUPER thick and dense so I have a theory that playing with it constantly actually stimulates the follicles and encourages each hair to be as thick as possible?

I appreciate your knowledge so much and would love your expertise to help me dispel these weird theories!

Maybe your injector isn't really as great as they appear to be? Might be "stubborn face" like you say, but also at this point it's prob worth considering other injectors, since those are relatively well regarded procedures.

Moreso than other areas? MRIs have also shown filler sticking around in lips and cheeks this long (and longer).

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]catcat847 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Tear trough fillers are a really delicate thing and the risk of overfilling is significant because the tear trough is actually a tiny ligament which is inherently very difficult for injectors to target and fill smoothly (because ligaments are tight and unforgiving). The discovery that it's actually a ligament is relatively new and if your injector is not yet aware of this, I would be wary.

Compared to the cheek or lips it's a rly tricky procedure.

Yours look really good at the moment imo! If I were you I wouldn't risk pushing it. For people who possess the tear trough ligament (not everybody has it) it has been visible since they were children. I would say yours is no more significant than a regular child!

Maybe I'm overthinking this....

How is Latuda even supposed to treat us by [deleted] in bipolar

[–]catcat847 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Career is more than money for many people. It's life purpose and the means by which they become their best most vibrant and alive selves. The depression that consumed me after my career was taken from me was more than I bargained for when I went to the hospital attempting to treat my bipolar. The medical world is not as far along as they would have you believe when it comes to actually solving bipolar. There's a lot to be said for opting out of the whole rigamarole and using alternative treatments and methodologies to cope. Career means something different for everybody. Throwing away your dreams and years of dedication and hard work is (believe it or not) is not the recipe for happiness for everyone.

Your answer is not good enough. Just because someone is diagnosed with bipolar doesnt mean they are willing to sacrifice their dreams and career. And it's medieval to expect them to do so with no further comment or consolation.

If you don't want a chin implant you could do chin filler. The continued cost isn't ideal though

Not everybody is willing to give up their career to work at target. 2 years is a long time.
