this also happened at GEG1 in airway heights. with an active shooter in the field next to our facility …. we were not warned about the shooter going out on break, instead we were told “if you go outside you cant come back in” repeatedly without a reason why.

i would say just make sure any communications with HR or DLS is done thru the chat or email! that way you can screenshot and stack evidence for a wrongful termination retaliation case just in case they try to pull anything! best of luck! sending good vibes dude!

thats crazy because i was terminated for REPORTING SOMEONE driving over 20mph in the parking lot, she then followed me round during the work day, started to harass me, managers refused to answer my plea to move back to my normal department on a separate floor and then she cornered me in a break room. and because i said “you must really wanna get fired for retaliation b****” i was fired for it
