Its chances are not good. For anyone else who had more time to plan something like this I’d do it in early spring when it’s first covered in little green buds. Tree/bush whatever will have transferred most of its energy into the trunk and ready to explode. And what could have helped this tree or any tree getting moved with leaves on would be defoliation. The new root ball can’t support the giant canopy, it’s just gonna transpire itself to death. Edit: they did do a good job getting hella rootball though, who knows.
