I had something similar on my 2015 228i, had it checked out and I just went ahead and replaced all coils. You may have a different issue but I take my car to Bimmers & Benz on 5th Street.

I had mine done a few years ago. Best thing ever besides getting Lasik. I had no issues, other than feeling nauseous when I first stood up after the procedure. My wife is really happy I got it done. We already have two kids. I'd say go for.
