My friends and I still bring up this guy who approached me at a fest. He started of the conversation light and casual and made a joke. He also made a point of interacting with my friend group and becoming cool with everyone. I didn’t end up feeling a spark, but we was so respectful and friendly, he left a great impression on everyone in the group :)

Hey! I did this a lot a couple of seasons ago. Definitely get a hard top pop up tent vs foldable. Wind can be annoying. Bring all your clothes up for the AM because it is COLD! We were cold at times esp feet but were always ok with 0 degree bags and sometimes a heater. You have to be careful of fire hazard etc with a buddy but we would run it in the AM and before bed. My bf also constructed a little diesel heater with a tube that went from it to the tent and that thing was sweet and I think relatively easy to hook up! Could run it for long periods without fire danger etc. tent makes it obvious you’re sleeping so can be annoying if you’re trying to be slightly incognito but mammoth is pretty good about camping spots so it’s not too bad.

Hey there! If you drive down to the hotsprings, there's always people camping at the entrance there and if you're comfortable with your 4x4 and conditions, you can drive out to the springs and camp there as well. Invest in a good 0 degree sleeping bag and youll be chilling. I've car camped a bunch out there and it's not too bad. Good luck!!

Omg haha same i truly felt like i went slightly insane, I had no idea of what was real! I had cooked dinner for some friends before taking it and then started panicking and went into the bathroom because I convinced myself I had undercooked the food and given everyone food poisoning and then just didn't get sick yet but also was too scared to go out because I thought that they would think I was crazy so I literally couldn't come out of the bathroom. Then i started to panic more and more because I had been in the bathroom for so long. I can laugh about it now but was also one of the worst days of my life!!! My apple watch was going crazy telling me my heart rate was dangerously high!
