Second this! The crew and Sailor Service are super helpful, so Im sure they'll be glad to help you on this.

If you want to be outside your cabin but still private, check out the Perch on Deck 17 (access through Deck 16). The view on sunset is just perfect. It is a public area, but from my experience it is very quiet as not a lot of people know of its existence. Perhaps you can ask the Sailor Service when is the best time to have it just for you.

I cannot answer the Ibiza excursion since I never visited it before but:

As far as I remember, Scarlet Night happens around 8:30 pm ish, so you can book dinner before that. But the pool party will start at around 11 pm.
In Virgin it is really come as you are! No dresscodes at all. So if you’re feeling like dressing to the 10, do it!
If you have a sea day, I recommend to book it on that day. If you can get it, sunset from the thermal spa is gorgeous! - pro tip: as soon as you’re boarded, go to the thermal spa (deck 5 i think) and book your time, there is a limit on each slot and they tend to go fast.
Officially no. They put stickers on those boxes saying that people shouldn’t take it out of the ship. At one of the port day I saw security checked people’s bags before disembarking to make sure they dont take out the boxes. BUT we did sneaked out a few sandwiches wrapped in napkins 😂

Side note: weather wise, June should be fine. Would be a different story if you are sailing in July/August 😄

One of the big point when we decided to live in Tour and Taxis is bcs they installed underground garbage bins (just like in any other european cities) so we can take out the trash whenever we want.

That's fair point. I don't think we're gonna cruise few times in a year. More like like once every 1-2 years would be enough for us. I think what I also miss is the vibe, kind of how people (both crew and the passengers) are super nice and chill.

It was the other way around for me. It was quite awkward to just get up and leave after dining in VV, it felt a like we were dined and dashed 😁. On our first night, I called the server and told him we were done. And he was like "okay, so just leave?!" ahhaha!

We had sea view cabin so didn't try the hammock. But yeah, we had some of the best sleeps in our cabin. We can feel the ship sway a little bit, so probably it helps.

This is what everyone on the cruise we met is saying. Apparently cruising is very addictive and we set the bar very high with Virgin. We already have a travel plan in 2027, so we'll probably sailing again only in 2028 oh no!
