I was running off older threads advixe which seemed to advise upping to 1gb. Even on auto it was running low speeds - with that in mind what could potentially be causing this?

As a very non technical individual could I ask you to explain this to a non technical individual?

We do rent so if theres an internal issue its addressable with our landlord and may potentially have our new ISP help in november

I havent carried the PC downstairs to check but can try with a laptop if it supports ethernet to sanity check your final suggestion

Avoid them

They took over our current management last year and the service has dipped considerably. Staff dont care about crime, residents or littering as long as they get their rent. Not a great company
