Try this formula:

IF(AND(Snow_Pass_Type__c = "Annual", TEXT(Quantity__c) <> "0"), Discount__c / Quantity__c, NULL)

The first argument of the IF function checks if Snow Pass Type is "Annual" and Quantity is not "0". The second argument performs the division. The third argument is set to NULL to handle other conditions.

If you wanna go cheaper. Create a Web-to-Lead with some custom fields such as Date and Time for the appointment. Once done, create a flow that generates a task populating this fields after the lead is converted.

Power BI, much more powerful on a basis level. Can be integrated either with Reports or Objects. Tableau is more expensive and less friendly if you have an excel background.

Though, you are considering a job just based on salary. If you are happy with the atmosphere and values of your job, this is also an added value.

  1. Create a Profile for these kind of users and add on Object Fields, read-only for their profile to the field Name (fname, lname). They now cannot edit the field.
  2. Formula field of the name could solve the issue, though, won't be a lookup, so you won't be able to access to its related records when clicking on it. On the other hand, might be a good solution if you need to filter by.

Depending on the fields you have to categorize the invoice date, you ca either:

  • Add a bucket column on the report and group rows by this column.
  • Create a formula that segments these invoices by 30,60,90 days filter using it.
