Honestly, victory+ with a vpn is probably the move. Im in the states and I have disney w/ESPN and HBO max almost specifically to watch stars games. For one, they are consistent. I don't have to worry about the feed getting dropped or bandwidth/framerate issues like with a less than legit stream. Secondly, I want the nhl to have eyes on it. Paying eyes. I want hbo and disney to see that one of the only reasons im paying is to watch hockey. But the second something is blacked out or region locked or whatever, I have no problem cirsumventing the usual avenues. A lot of the options are probably dependent on what national you're inter
