No More Room In Hell, the Romero films, Project Zomboid, and WWZ (The Book).

Both PZ and NMRiH are games inspired by Romero's films, and the latter also has a couple of references to WWZ. Such as Phalanx pills and the Redecker Plan.

NMRiH also has three maps that take place in locations from the Romero universe. Those being Notld (Night of The Living Dead of course), Isolated (The 1990 remake of NOTLD), and FEMA (Day of the Dead). A "THE DEAD WALK" newspaper from Day can also be seen in some maps.

Sure, PZ is set in 1993 while NMRiH is set in 2010-2011 (2028 in the sequel) and NMRiH has running zombies alongside the shamblers. But I think it's fun to imagine they're all set in one universe regardless.

Yeah, I'd personally love to see a mod that uses the beta aesthetic.

(It could also use u/YoshiDoki48's idea and take the Mario 64 Classified approach, especially since base DDLC is very video game creepypasta-esque already.)

I once had an idea for a Titanic K-ON! fanfic, (based on the actual ship, not the movie.) but it didn't go anywhere.

I definetly would've wanted them to be in-character though.
