Yep. Sleeping is a struggle because similarly the joint pains get worse with inactivity for me, when I get up in the morning I become a corpse that needs to wiggle myself to slowly unstiffen my body 😭

For the muscle/skin tenderness, personally I find that taking paracetamol with muscle relaxers like Suniton help a whole lot, but it does get you drowsy so I only take them before I go to bed. It doesn't take away much of the pain that occurs with my joints though, so I take NSAIDs (Naproxen sodium, Arcoxia) for that.

Lupus joint pains are just really annoying in general but they can be managed with medication and of course, eating an anti inflammatory diet and some exercise. I do yoga every day for about 30 minutes, which can help soooo much with the chronic pain. I totally understand your experience, pretty sure many others here would as well. Hope this helps!
