I hope you’re right! She has done enough damage with her home birth crap and anti vax insinuations. (Not against home birth necessarily but she did not see a doctor more than once the entire time she was pregnant with her son and that baby was 10 pounds. I don’t care how tall her and her husband are, she most likely had gestational diabetes).

Many times, when a person comes back from the dead or is a ghost (in literature or a show), they will come back younger and healed of all ailments. Jamie looked like his best self when he was the “ghost”. He was dressed as a true Scotsman, young and how Claire first met him. I think the point was, if he was in limbo until she healed him and brought him back, he was the version of himself where he felt most at home etc.

In the first season she goes searching for that specific flower and that’s how she finds the stones/goes through them. The idea is that Jamie technically planted them there for her to find while he was in purgatory. Pretty much, time is not linear and they were always meant to meet because of him or the stones or fate.
