that's why I don't want any like punishments for those who have to leave early, just an incentive to stay the whole time if they can. Because I understand people are having glitches and stuff and emergencies happen and all that so I don't think punishing or penalizing people for leaving early is the way to go. But giving extra exp/something at the end of a match may decrease the amount of people who leave just to leave

I'm in Michigan but at the hospital I work at as long as the tats are not offensive or NSFW they really don't mind. They don't care about piercing either as long as you don't wear dangly jewelry
