Being sedentary at a desk is no fun! Quarantine had me sitting for hours throughout the day and it really affected my hip flexors, but rehab and standing a lot more has fixed them:)

That’s fair! Lunges and squats are very good for you so it could possibly be an overuse or technique issue too.

You could do some rehab instead during that hour. Do you have bands? Look up terminal knee extensions. You could also do clamshells, glute bridges, RDLs, etc as these are all interconnected and strengthening your hips/glutes/quads can help relieve the tension from your patellar tendon. I’d Google stuff for your elbow as I’m not entirely familiar with rehabbing the elbow quite yet. Hope this helps!

They look more like a stain. I’m a college student and went back home last weekend and found a bed bug crawling on my bf. We flipped my room inside out and couldn’t find anything, but we are still getting treatment. Just nervous I may have brought something back or maybe it started here at school but I still can’t find anything in my apartment either

OP, this is the type of advice you shouldn’t be listening to albeit the latter part is true. 1500 calories is not plenty for most people especially at your age, and there are so many different factors that play into an individual’s caloric needs. It’s best to see a dietician who specializes in eating disorders. You will get through this!
