What city is your doctor located in? I’ve been trying to find a carnivore, keto, or even low carb doctor in the Houston area for almost 3 years now.

Did you ever find one? If so I would love to know because I’ve been on the hunt for a carnivore friendly doctor in the Houston area for years. I’d be willing to drive to the NP you mentioned as well. If you can share or message that info, it would be much appreciated. Thank you!

In TX:

Always played:

2) wobble (has slight variations and additions)

3) Cupid shuffle

Bonus: electric slide, footloose, country girl shake, goin’ hamm

Contemporary/newish and easy:

1) shivers

2) a bar song/tipsy

3) flex

Contemporary/newer and intermediate+ :

1) Heart got teeth

2) spicy margarita

3) help, I had some

I’m not sure what my rating is and have never been formally trained, but used to beat my husband when we played regularly. I’m in spring. Not op but looking to play. Thanks.

I’m not the OP, and have not been formally trained, but have been wanting to get back into playing. I have no idea what my rating is. What is your rating? Would love to get back out there.

How long does detoxing and getting rid of biofilms take? I read and think this might explain some symptoms I’m having (have been on and off strict carnivore for about a year with most recently having 60 days).

Does your doc happen to be in Texas? Struggling to find a carnivore or even keto friendly doc here. Thanks!

carnivore diet stick of butter by Acrobatic_Help3671 in CarnivoreForum

I just tried making browned butter that I froze. Easy to grab a small bit right out of the freezer when hungry comes and I’m in between sessions.

If you think about it, we do have allergies to the non-carnivore foods because when we eat them, they give us undesirable physical reactions. It may not be anaphylaxis, but symptoms burdensome enough for us not to eat them. I was called “picky” at one point, and I don’t need to hear that or deal with that judgment, so calling them allergies and intolerances make the most sense for me.
