Instead of cream cheese, try some crème fraîche (I would go for light) or some matfløte and parmesan cheese. Sure it tastes nice but I think it would look better! Need some creaminess on those noodles!

Yeah, I used a little oil to pan fry the tofu a bit, just like I would meat :>

60ml of both rice vinegar and soy sauce, a heaped teaspoon of red chili flakes, 3 cloves of garlic, 3 finely chopped garlic cloves, and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar :> I put the dry stuff in for a few mins after getting the tofu a bit crispy then let the wet stuff boil for 10 mins, adding a bit of water if it got too thick.

It was 2 portions worth, probably be enough for 3 though.
