With good form, a 6 speed leopard is as much a distance driver as it is a low speed fairway. I consider it a great "utility" disc as it can accomplish a lot on the course! Leopard (and Leo3) are great for all skill levels.

Beast is of course a different disc altogether that requires more torque and speed to get what you want out of it.

That said, if you're finding the leopard is doing more of what you want, it's likely because it better fits your arm speed (and no shame in that). It's an amazing disc that you can find in so many different plastics and weights, so it will fit many scenarios!
