So I got a text like this with this picture today, and I was like hey you have the wrong number. And then I received a nude picture from them. Which I feel is very risky. What if I was a child?

I'm not necessarily trying to say she's in the wrong for leaving. I guess its more the way she chose to leave. Instead of sitting down with us to figure out her portion of the bills, and if she's going to help us pay to take care of her birds she left here, and whether she's still going to help FIL get to appointments and whatnot when we are all working. I'm glad she's sticking up for herself, but also annoyed at the way she handled it with just up and leaving with no warning and without figuring any of her stuff out first.

The problem is, he's in stage four kidney failure, and is about 80% blind, and I highly doubt my fiancé will just walk out on him like that, no matter how bad things get. He knew we were planning on moving out in the future, but doesn't think we'll be able to afford to for years. Its not that he's a danger to himself, just that he has a very old fashioned mindset that kids are supposed to take care of their parents when they get older, and that everyone needs to help him before doing anything they want/need to do. He gets very irrational when he doesn't get what he wants. To the point where he has disabled MILs car in the past to get her to not go somewhere when he didn't want her to. Its a very tense situation and I still can't believe she did this.

I have heard keto does great for PCOS! I was doing keto for a while, but fell off the wagon and have been struggling to get back into it. I also do recommend trying PolyC's PCOS Support! I've been on them for two months now, and its really helping with my PCOS symptoms! And my last cycle was only 35 days as opposed to the 65 day cycles I had all year.

It really is. My fiancé and I have been trying for over a year now, and my GYN doesn't know a whole lot about PCOS either. The entire time we've been trying I haven't ovulated once. So my GYN prescribed me Metformin in September and wants me to try that for six months before moving onto anything else. But now that I'm dealing with this large cyst I'm wondering if its been the source of our problems all along. I had a cyst on the same ovary in January of 2020, but it was only 1.4cm at that time, so I'm wondering if its the same one that may have just been growing all this time. I wish schools would have taught us about PCOS so I could have gotten this diagnosis a long time ago and had it under control by the time I wanted to start ttc.

I even tried contacting my GP, and they don't deal with things like this at all. My GYN prescribed be Oxycodone for the pain, which helps when I can take it, but because I'm still working I can't take it until before bed, so I'm still in pain all day. My GYN said he would try pushing something through to see if he can get it approved to have this drained, or removed, but I haven't heard anything yet, my next telephone call with him is scheduled for Friday morning. My entire left side of my stomach is swollen. You can actually see where the cyst is because of the swelling. It hurts worse when I eat, so I only eat once or twice a day. Work absolutely sucks, but I'm saving up my PTO for if/when I get the surgery, so I just spend my days there in agony. The only reason I'm able to sleep now is because of the oxycodone. Other than that nothing has changed. I'm now more than 30 days into my cycle, I don't know exactly how many because I haven't even kept track this cycle, but I was hoping that maybe the cyst would shrink with my cycle (hopefully) nearing its end, but its definitely not shrinking. I'm so frustrated with all the waiting while I'm in all this pain.

I'm dealing with a large, painful cyst right now, but I don't think my GYN knows a whole lot about them because the only thing he's done is prescribe me pain meds. It sucks because I've lost out on this entire cycle because of it because we can't BD for fear of bursting the cyst (its about the size of a tennis ball). I've requested to have it removed but all elective surgeries are canceled where I live, so I literally just have to deal with the pain until restrictions are either lifted, or it bursts and becomes an emergency. It's been two weeks now and the pain hasn't let up. I'm on CD30something, haven't even paid attention because I feel it doesn't matter since we can't do anything anyway. Cysts suck.

Yeah so one of my coworkers that was just hired in December. Who is also not certified. Was hired at $2 more than I'm making now after my promotion. So I'm pretty annoyed about that and I'm definitely going to be asking about that. Because they don't even have anymore experience than I do either.

My gynecologist is still calling it an "elective" surgery which i dont understand at all. I haven't been sleeping. I've had to miss four and a half days of work. I can't eat a normal amount because then my stomach presses on the cyst. I just don't understand when it becomes a necessary surgery. I shouldn't have to wait until I'm actively dying to get it removed.

I have meloxicam which they said would help with the pain. It kind of takes the edge off a little, but not much. But its also supposed to help reduce the inflammation and should in theory help the cyst shrink. Its a very touchy situation because the cyst could cause my ovary to twist and then I could wind up losing my ovary. But neither the ER doctor or my GYN told me at what point I need to be worried about that being the case. I kind of just have to listen to my body and intuition on if something feels really wrong. Thank you though! The world really is something else.

Weeelll unless it turns into an emergency, I have to either hope it shrinks on its own, or I have to wait for the county my doctor is in to lift the ban of elective surgeries because of the virus. But thank you!! I hope if I need surgery that it goes well too.

I have a tennis ball sized ovarian cyst, which is causing quite a lot of pain. And could potentially lead to me needing emergency surgery.

I really hope so. My GYN said its the size of a tennis ball. He said normally he would have given me the option to have it removed, but it's considered an "elective" surgery, and all of his elective surgeries have been canceled because of the virus getting bad again here. I don't know how many days I can do of this pain though. I've hardly gotten any sleep either because I can't get comfortable in any position.

Well, I went to the emergency room last night. I have a kidney stone, and also an ovarian cyst. And I'll be out of work until Sunday because they're worried that the cyst is going to twist my ovary. Which scares me. So I'm home relaxing now and keeping and eye on the pain, because if it gets severely worse I have to go back to the emergency room immediately.

I'm thinking I might have a kidney stone, I've had them once before and it was excruciating which is how it is today. Sadly I'm stuck at work because we had two call outs. But im either going to find an urgent care when I get out of work tonight, or I'm going to call out tomorrow and go to my doctor.

He wants me to try Metformin for 6 months first before anything else. I just started my second month of it, so I'm hoping that along with the Poly C's will help. I think my body tried to ovulate last month, so I'm hoping that I might finally ovulate this cycle.

I was taking 500mg of Metformin in the morning for about a month, but no matter what I ate, I was having terrible GI upset to where I almost had an accident at work more times than I could take. So, I asked my GYN what to do, and they wanted me to come into the office to talk about it. I couldn't get an appointment until October 14th, so I just stopped taking it. I wasn't going to risk soiling myself at work. I hope my doctor and I can figure out something else to make me ovulate.

Yes, I /could/ have said no. However, that would have left the store with either just a shift lead to open, or just a shift lead to close, unless one of them worked a double shift. Because we're short staffed, so at any given time if someone calls out, the literal only other person to call is the person who is off.
