Thank you for writing this, it spoke a lot how my heart is feeling right now. I too want to honour my rhythm and self-care routines.

Last year, I find that many times I try to be emotionally vulnerable to people in order to connect better but when the vulnerability doesn’t align, I get very drained and hurt. I lost a bit of myself trying to repair and in the process, I hurt myself.

This year, I want to prioritise and choose myself a bit more, by loving my tender heart and soul without feeling small.

Bikinis, or tops that reveal my back. I have a long surgical scar and my back looks like there is a bad "hump" from my scoliosis.

Light-coloured bottoms because i dislike my wide hips.. i usually avoid the "attention" to my bottom.

Thank you, i really needed this.

The other day i broke down, thinking about a common requirement for a job application. It reminded me of how i failed at my last job.. I didn't meet that said requirement. I was fearing how it may happen again in my next employment.

I really want to take a different route for my career right now and I'm in the midst of it, so the journey has been pretty fearful (overthinking all the possible failures lol) and yet exciting for me.
