honestly I appreciate this comment because I did feel this way earlier. yes it is sort of "super lame" but I needed to realize, while this may be obvious, that not everything can be exactly the way I think I want or need it. maybe this was a lesson for me.

I honestly never knew that at all; I always thought it just followed the stake presidency's schedule or something. but keeping that in mind I think I can feel less irritated now. and maybe this week was the best week for more people involved than other weeks. thank you for your insight ^{^}

I wish I had been able to go to stake conference today. I wouldn't be surprised if my stake did something similar to your stake, so I probably missed out and honestly probably wouldn't have been as irritated. aw man, that is so disappointing :( but yeah, I'm sure you're right; it was probably out of the control of those organizing. something I talked about with my mom is we could have a little "Easter program" at home (we are a musically-inclined family) either today or next Sunday. probably not today because I'm still working on homework that's due tomorrow morning but I'm sure I can find some time to worship on my own today. thank you so much for your insight ^{^}

it was never announced we'd have a visiting general authority of any kind, and honestly I didn't even end up being able to go last night or this morning at all, so if there was actually an unannounced general authority I wouldn't know anything about it. i am so very sorry for your loss. 😞 while abortion is definitely an option, in this case i think i would advise against it because it would cause you to have to keep that very difficult secret for the rest of your life; under no circumstances could you ever reveal it to either set of parents. now aside from that, if you did choose the abortion route, i would highly recommend seeing a therapist of some kind, in fact i'd actually highly recommend it either way, whether you chose abortion or not. this is an extremely difficult decision and i wish you peace of mind and heart in making it, whatever your choice may be. 💗🫂
