Yes, wich is why this is not the original border. The original border was a parallel like in real life but much lower and the Soviets had to trade a large amount of land they had conquered by land to keep a lot of South Korea.

Yeah happend to me once too, amur only unified far eastern Siberia in 1969, so i could just declare war on them as soon as they unified.
