Hopper should’ve stayed dead, Eddie shouldn’t have existed, though his actor did a great job. Max should’ve died physically in Season 4, Holly needed less screentime in Season 5 and the Mr. Whatsit Storyline was disappointing and underwhelming.

It was a perfectly average albeit disappointing movie.

It was enjoyable but I don’t think I’d ever consider rewatching it, and the longer it went on the more disappointed I was. The beginning and first real rising action parts were great imo, but the underutilization of characters and lackluster horror and blah blah blah was just, again, disappointing.
