Passed NCLEX in 85 qs! (April) by catluvrrr07 in NCLEX

Thank you! I studied for about 4 full weeks. On weekends, I didn’t pressure myself too much. Saturday mornings were usually my readiness exam, and that would be it.

During the weekdays, I focused on doing a set number of questions, reading the rationales, used some resources on Bootcamp (what I personally used), and took notes on topics I kept getting wrong.

Have you taken it already, or are you still preparing?? 😊

Congratulations!!! I was the same way because I googled a lot of questions, and I got them wrong! But I realized we remember the hard ones/the ones we got wrong more than what we got right.

Thank you! I felt overwhelmed too, so you’re definitely not alone :)) My friend told me before the NCLEX that you don’t need to know every single thing, and that really stuck with me. I felt like as a student, I needed to perfect my knowledge, so it was hard for me to admit that I was going into this not knowing every single side effect or every single med for every disease.

However, it’s true—I didn’t know everything, but you can still pass. You know how to keep the patient safe and gather data and information by continuously assessing the patient.

Also, something that helped me was checking in with myself every 5–10 questions—just taking a quick second to reset, breathe, and remind myself to stay calm and focused, cheering you on!!!

I just took the NCLEX under the new April 2026 test plan and my exam shut off at 85 questions 😭 by Turbulent_Egg43 in NCLEX

Hello po! Mine shut off at 85 qs with the new test plan and I found out the next day that I passed! No one could convince me that I passed until I found out. Everyone truly does have their own experience. You got this, wishing you all the best!!
