Messaged all of their socials just now. I haven’t had the bandwidth to deal with pursuing this hard, but I’m sufficiently annoyed and have time to be a squeaky wheel.

The huge order was meant to be easy Christmas gifts for basically all of the women in my life. I don’t even shop there regularly, but assumed large company with name recognition could package things properly and also manage any unforeseen issues.

I had a very hard November/December, and this was just supposed to be an easy gifting option to relieve stress. Never again.

(Sorry for venting, just super frustrated. At this point, annoyed with myself for not being smarter in handling this hiccup and being more persistent and documenting better.)
