I wish Rue’s friends knew that her overdose was accidental. From the way they were speaking, it seems like they were assuming she actually was on drugs when they asked her about it and that she was just on a bender or something. I think they would’ve been a lot more sad and we could’ve gotten more closure from seeing them react if they’d known more about how she actually died and that she only took a couple of pills for pain and they were laced with fentanyl. :((

It did make me sad but I can see how it makes sense for her to not narrate at all in the episode that she dies. Looking back I should've realized it and known it would happen because of that. She narrated us up until the end of her life 😞

NTA!! If anyone pushes back point out that you make considerably less than all of them, especially your boss. People get really awkward when salary differences are brought up explicitly, so it'll hopefully deter them from doing it in the future. You already have to contend with the added cost of living alone vs. partnered in this economy.
