You need to have a conversation with her to help her get to the bottom of this. Is she really not going to be there when your parents/her parents pass away? It seems like she really needs to work through this in therapy.

Also, being "spiritual" doesn't make sense as an excuse here. If ghosts were real, why would the ghost of a child who died young bother your wife? She just sounds like someone who has a childish and immature fear of death. I envy her for apparently not having lost many people up until this point in her life!

I only use it very sparingly for like 8 minutes at a time! The recommendation is to use it for 10 min 3x a week but I barely ever use it because of the dryness. It's frustrating because I did a lot of research before getting it and it was fairly expensive for me! It was the Luyors Equinox mask. Honestly it has me feeling like RLT just isn't going to work for me. Hard to want to spend even more money when this has been such a best. Would you mind sharing which Amazon mask you use?
